”Sijainti erinomainen, kävellen pääsi moneen haluamaamme paikkaan. Keskustassa sijainnistaan huolimatta yön äänet eivät häirinneet nukkumista. Henkilökunta otti ystävällisesti vastaan. Kuviin verrattuna kuluneempi ja pienempi, mutta ei haitannut.”

”Meitä oli 5 naista matkalla, mielestäni en saannut sitä huoneistoa minkä olin varannut. Tämä oli pienempi, vain 1 wc/suihku. Keittiössä vain 4 lasia/kahvikuppia. Seinät likaiset, keittiön verho roikkui. Eli huoneiston taso ei ollut sitä mitä odotimme. Sijainti oli hyvä. ”

”This place was very essential to everything. It was a cute little cozy apartment. Unfortunately, there was only a flat sheet on the bed and another very thin sheet on top of that displays as advertised as a washer and dryer but doesn’t provide a dryer. No soaps, no coffee no extra options for anything. ”

”We loved staying at Nerea’s place! It’s in a great location with a metro stop around the corner and great eateries. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus since there were 4 of us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!”

”Gran experiencia. Precio calidad muy bueno. Realidad tal cual imágenes del anuncio. Juan, Alba y Luna super atentos y respetuosos. Barrio muy tranquilo, a 4 calles del metro y a unos 15min del centro. Todo tipo de tiendas en proximidades. Ver el atardecer desde el mirador tío pío a 10min a pie del apartamento fue buenísimo. Muy recomendable todo”

”Beautiful VRBO, within walking distance to everything. Quiet little neighborhood, adorable coffee shop across the street, 3 bathrooms which makes it nice. Cozy little living area perfect to chill out after a long day. Elevator which makes easy to transport luggage. Soft and calm decor throughout the property. Washing machine made it handy to do a load of laundry. A little construction across the street but not a nuisance at all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

”Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars! ”Mala comunicación con el huésped que no responde el mail, nos manda un correo con condiciones particulares que no aparecen en la web. Nos obligan a pagarles 20€ en mano por llegar al check-in después de las 12 de la noche. Vrbo nos dieron la razón por teléfono pero no nos solucionaron el problema. El apartamento es justito, la cama y el sofá cama son incómodos, es poco espacioso. La situación está bien, El parque Madrid río está al lado para los niños y hay una boca de metro muy cerca.”

It is very central and within walking distance to many attractions and metro/bus. The apartment looked just like the pictures. It is in the attic though (as stated). So, if you’re taller be careful to not hit your head. It was very cute, simple, and clean. As previously mentioned by others, it is on the fifth floor with no elevator so it definitely is not handicap...
