”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that. Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”Nice area of the city. We walked to restaurants and to Trump/Kennedy Center. We were close to metro stop at this hotel. Hotel was very clean. The check-in process was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready yet. There was only one person working the front desk and she did the best she could but was overwhelmed with many guests showing up at the same time to check in. We waited just over an hour to get checked in. For our trouble she upgraded our room which was nice. ”

”For us the property was perfect. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, electric water kettle, silverware, plates, cups, and glasses. We did use a glass casserole dish to bake some pastries for breakfast. I didn't see any cookie sheets or pans for stove top cooking but that was fine for us as we were there five days and didn't plan to do much cooking other than breakfast or heating up leftovers in the microwave. The property was close to the White House and a couple blocks from the Metro...

There is nobody onsite, but you can communicate via text with what appears to be a bot. There is also a virtual assistant. Location on King Street is the biggest plus of this unit. Room I was in needs a good deep cleaning. The AC unit has visible dust/grime/debris in it. I was not very comfortable with air circulating thru this dirty AC unit. There was also a dead bug...
