”The rooms were not properly cleaned before arrival. The towels weren’t restocked completely for the little that was cleaned. The only thing truly good about it was the location. The toilet barely flushed. The hot tub in the room was disappointing. The ironing board was warped and broken. The soap and shampoo they give you as a courtesy destroyed my skin.”

”I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

”The front desk employee was behind a plexiglass shield which tells you what type of neighborhood the hotel is in. I will say this, if you are one of those who feel that they don't need to follow rules or play the "disrespected" game, this is not the hotel for you. Bare minimum is what this hotel has to offer. The room was as clean as it could be after people traipse through the room on a daily basis.”
