”This place is elegant, and you feel the class as soon as you step thru the doors. Its nice they kept the historic hotel in such good shape for its age, along with newer amenities (rooms,restaurants/bars, shops, and even a spa). The only down side i found while staying was the trains that go by. They are loud, but its part of the reason the hotel was built back in 1875. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The port bar gave a nice ambiance of speakeasy era. Enjoyed a smoked old fashioned and...

”We stayed for 4 nights in a very nice executive level room in the deluxe accommodations of the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic. We enjoyed the executive level perks and breakfast. Check-in was welcoming and smooth; breakfast staff were great. As experienced travelers, we appreciated that.
There were some things that left us leaving with a level of frustration and thus our overall rating.
On our last full day our room was neither refreshed nor the trash emptied. We were out for the full day...
