”The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. ”

”This is our favorite place we have ever stayed; everything was perfect from top to bottom. We left after work and arrived late in the evening, and the wind chill was very cold. When we walked in for the first time, we were greeted by heated floors, a warm fireplace, Christmas music playing around the tree house, and more. It was the coziest, most welcoming feeling. The stay was so much fun; two weeks later we're still talking about it and saying how much we miss the treehouse.”
