Had a balcony (overlooking the parking garage and other buildings, but was clean/fresh air). Bedside lamp and clock/radio didn't work, but I didn't bother looking to see if they were plugged in. ”This hotel is located at an excellent location right on Hampton Beach, just away from the main congested part of the marine drive, but very walkable to the busy area. There are a couple of adjacent eateries. Our oceanfront room was clean and tidy with a TV and refrigerator. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but both available round the clock in the lobby.
