âThis lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

âProperty and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...
