”What a great little place quite absolutely spotless. Check-in was already done for me because I came in late. Key was in the room. Manager was walking the property and offered suggestions for my dinner. Very nice to me. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area and need a place to stay”

”Patty was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good and kept fresh. I do think I observed a. “Illegal” purchase in the parking lot….reported it to Patty, it made me very uncomfortable. Those action often end up a bad situation.”

”Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
I have stayed at Flag Ship several times because it formerly offered pet-free rooms and spaces. I greatly appreciated this as I have severe allergies to all fur babies, even when just in close proximity to them. This time, I requested a pet free room away from pet-friendly rooms but had people on either side stay with their fur babies throughout the week. This was a bit disappointing. I hope this property will continue to offer pet-free rooms and spaces...

”Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first time the staff guy was helpful and friendly. I booked two rooms, one was good, but the other one reeked of cigarettes and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The second day of check-in was terrible, it was a different person from the night before, and the lady was rude. We had some issues at the room so I called to ask for help. She said she would be there in a few minutes, but she never showed up.”
