”Love the river view, spa robes, good breakfast, it was clean and newly updated.”

”I love to stay at the hotel every time I travel between Seattle and LA. The staff is very pleasant and helpful (in fact, I turned to my daughter as told her I felt I was in Canada everyone was so nice). An extra plus that others may not find very exciting, but there were three different coffee mug sizes to chose from at breakfast. I loved that minor touch. Will continue to come here and future trips.”

”The property was very nice outside with the planters and everything outside was very clean and nice. The only problem was the floors in the room were not very clean. My wife was walking around in her socks and the bottoms of her white socks were black from the floors. Did not impress her.”

”Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door.”

”If was thrilled that the staff was able to check me in early. The gal that checked me in was so joyful and was training another employee. The breakfast was yummy and had everything I needed. Loved that the checkout was at 11am and not before so my son had time to come back and shower after his game, before leaving town. My only complaint was that I could hear people that were loud in the room next to me. I could hear not only hear the person staying in the room, but I heard the person on...
