When I contacted the manager to ask questions on how to operate things, the response was obviously AI with very generic answers not tailored at all to the actual house. We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. ”This is a small but adorable house. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-furnished with dishes, pans, appliances and coffee. The bed had a memory foam mattress. The yard is private and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet except the birds and chickens did start crowing at dawn. The keypad entry and air conditioning worked well. Linda answered my questions about checking in promptly. ”

”This place is fantastic and is actually more affordable than most of the decent hotels in Laredo. I had family coming into town for a graduation and this home was EXACTLY what we needed. Spacious, fully furnished and enough bedrooms to maintain privacy. Low and behold, my sister forgot her "hanging clothes" and there were numerous nearby stores she was able to visit and put an outfit together. I will DEFINITELY rent this entire house on my own before I rent a hotel room in Laredo again.”

”The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was...
