”Check in took forever. As soon as we walked in our room it smelled like urine so bad. Seemed like restrooms were not cleaned well enough ”

”Booked a room for 5 guests (2 queens and a pull-out), but they tried giving us a single King at check-in. I had to waste 15 minutes at the front desk just to get the room I paid for. The elevators were a disaster; one was broken the first night, and the other got stuck open on the 3rd floor the next day. We were lucky at least one was in working condition at a time so we didn't have to climb 6 floors. The room was even worse: the intercom didn't work, and staff admitted the whole system was down...

”Still need more options in the dining area for breakfast and dinner for people who have food allergies. Like lactose intolerance and Celiac disease.”

”The services at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The personnel went above and beyond in being friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciated that. The employees spoke multiple languages, which was a significant help, and the wheelchair-accessible parking was a huge benefit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would advise others to do the same. ”

”Overall this was a good place to stay. My friend and I were busy sight seeing and just needed a place to sleep. Everything was cleanly, staff were very helpful and friendly and this was a nice, quiet area so it felt pretty comfortable and safe. Some of the amenities in the room were in rough shape, just from age and minimal upgrades, but of you’re looking for a place to sleep and don’t need fancy amenities, this is a good place for that! ”
