”Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.”

”Personal con bajo nivel de inglés, ninguna amabilidad, pague 3 noches y use solo dos pues se retrasó mi vuelo y aún así el check out lo tuve que hacer 10am y no me dejaron dejar mis maletas o usar regaderas después de esa hora en alguna habitación aún teniendo disponibles, la única opción que me dieron fue pagar otra noche, al final me prestaron regadera de su personal de trabajo para cambiarme pues mi avión salía hasta la noche, la isla es preciosa pero si es algo difícil encontrar restaurantes...

”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special....
