”A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST. See you next time Neil! Suze n Tracy”

”House catered to our whole family (5 of us all over 18) very spacious with a beautiful big patio to watch the sunset. Had everything we needed apart from air con as advertised but it was still to be installed. Did not affect our stay though. Host was great and helpful with things to do around the island. ”Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille malgré la pluie qui tombait de temps en temps. Nous étions 9 en tout et avions largement de la place même sans utiliser le bungalow extérieur. La maison est grande et a 3 salles d’eau. La plage en accès direct est petite mais le bain est magnifique. Les enfants ont bien profité des kayaks de la maison. La propriété est bien équipée : il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. On y retournera à coup sûr ”

”Vaivase Uta home was awesome. We were welcomed by Mena and Ake when we arrived. The home was spacious and fitting for my family of 10. Very secure, especially for my very vocal nieces and nephew. It was fully equipped and more. I asked for use of BBQ and they accommodated. The neighbours dog we called koko was the kids highlight. It was easy to get to, and close enough to get to Apia and tourist spots. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.”

"Overall a great place and the atmosphere and service was fabulous! You can find quiet spots by the beach even if you’re in the ”family” side. The pool area was pretty crowded when it was sunny, so in order to get a sunbed you have to go there either early in the morning or later in the afternoon. The only minus comes from the fact that the rooms are not soundproof- you can’t hear the neighbours but you can definitely hear everything happening outside, constantly passing shuttles, people talking etc. Not the biggest problem for us but might be for someone :) "
