”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”My husband and I stayed at the Manchester View for 5 days while we were looking at houses. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room and it was wonderful. The room was so comfortable and spacious we didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend the Manchester View to anyone and if we ever have an overflow of relatives that come to visit, they will be staying at the Manchester View.”

”Weird robot-like hotel with no staff on site when we arrived. Check-in was online, a bit confusing (even for the young people in our party), and cameras in common areas monitoring everyone felt dystopian. Rooms were tiny, but well-appointed. Strange stay.”

”We had never been to Manchester before but when we drove past it, I noticed it immediately. They happened to have 1 room left for my son & I so we were very lucky to stay there. We enjoyed everything about it - the comfy beds & cute rooms, sitting by the pool drinking a glass of wine, walking around the historic house, rocking in a chair on the front porch, the close vicinity to a couple of restaurants and just chatting with the staff. We had to leave early the next morning which bummed us out...
