”The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them.”

”The property host CANCELLED 24hrs beforehand! This left my 18 year old daughter and her friend without accommodation at the last minute. They claimed that due to ‘unforeseen’ maintenance they had to cancel! This left us in a panic as accommodation was minimal not to mention pricey as there was a concert on at the Stadium (which is what the girls were going for)! Not to mention the fact they were travelling from Glasgow!”
