”Lovely last minute night away. Haven’t stayed here for a while and I think the rooms have been refurbished. Very nice. Only two issues. Very musty smell in the room which I think comes from no window ventilation. Loads of condensation running down the window after a shower and the air conditioning didn’t work when we got there. Assuming it’s on a timer but it was cold. But good stay.”

”Maintenance tried to adjust the cooling in the air conditioning system but did not have sufficient cooling I had to put the system on 10 (C) with a high fan. This may have been a problem if the weather was hot. I believe we were in Room 1016 - deluxe bedroom ”

”The staff is very friendly. It is within ten minutes walk to the downtown. Although the carpark is free, It is in first come first service basis.”

”Room looked clean but check the corner’s and you will see the dust! Easy check in, Unusual to get a hotel in Cardiff with free parking ”

”Great hotel other than the room was hot and no AC to cool the room. It must have been 25c in there. The windows are locked shut so you cant open them. Boiled in that room last night. Other than that fantastic stay.”
