”Facility was typical 2-3 star hotel geared to both working roadies and travelers. Dated but clean with attentive staff week days as well as weekends. We experienced a faulty A/C, reported same, and was switched to new room when we returned from daytime events--all with a smile and desire to accommodate! Will book this hotel again when in Wichita.”
