”5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation.”

”O atendimento foi excelente e o conforto do quarto e das dependências do hotel são muito boas. A manutenção do banheiro não estava legal: chuveiro ruim, espalhando água para todos os lados; e vaso sanitário e pia entupidos… com pouca vazão de água. Comida boa.”

”Loved this hotel. Pool area is beautiful and great for children too. Staff is welcoming and polite. We got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was perfect, huge and spotless. I cannot say about the rooms that have not yet been refurbished. The wifi is very bad, but that is propably the case in all of the hotels in the area.”

Longe da região de Ciudad del Est conHecida dos brasileiros. Viajar até o hotel nos permitiu conhecer parte moderna , limpa e bonita de Ciudad del Lest. ”
