âA couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. â

âFood delicious, arrives hot when ordering for room service.
Rooms are daily cleaned although not for the last 2 days. Clean otherwise.
Staff are helpful and always welcoming by greeting guests with a smile.
Air conditioning is never a problem.
Wifi can be slow. TV wifi connection is poor, need tech to sort it out.â
