"Hotelli hyvä majoituspaikka erityisesti Gardalandissa vieraileville perheille. Kätevä non-stop bussikyyti hotellin ja puiston välillä oli todella kätevä."

"For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics. At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros. I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy. The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything. Hotel was clean and safe though and the yeard was nice."

"Hotelli hienolla paikalla. Hotelli siisti ja henkilökunta palvelevaa. Yleisten tilojen kunto on hyvä, hotellihuoneen perustasoa. Autolla saapuvien tulee jättää auto kauemmaksi parkkiin. Vartioidusta parkista kuitenkin järjestetty säännöllinen kuljetus hotellille. Parkki ei kuulu hotelliyön hintaan vaan maksaa erikseen 16€ per yö."

"Nice hotel, great location "

"We stayed at the hotel 6 nights in July, and experienced a lot of poor and unprofessional service. We ordered drinks and food at the terrace restaurant. When the waiter drops the cooler by our table, spilling water and ice on our purse, iphone and feet. No apology. He goes away and gets new cooler, and does not offer help the dry our stuff. When I get my food, it is wrong, they have replaced vongole mussels with some cheap stuff. I say that this is not what I ordered and paid for. They take away the food. After a while the waiter comes again, and says that the kitchen is closed and I will get no food. No apology. Really unprofessional service. Another time order a bottle of wine. When it is served, the waiter is trying to open a wine bottle for the first time in his life, the manager shouting advice behind his back. Pieces of metal landed on our table when the poor guy was trained in front of our eyes. We felt that we had been dropped to a Gordon Ramsay show with restaurant nightmare. The food at the breakfast was ok, but the food served during the day and night wasn't. When arriving at the hotel we were offered a parking place at the parking lot. When checking out I noticed that they had charged 50 euros per day, without telling us. We I made a note of this to the service lade, I got an arrogant response: you should have read the small print in the contract. One more thing: do not try to use the restaurant washroom - every second time it is out of paper. "
