”We experienced great service from the desk, in particular the travel desk and their partners, and the ground floor cosy cafeteria. The only problem was that the toilette & bathroom was not at all separated from the main room !! It was really unpleasant. It is not the fault of the hotel that Joburg is not not considered safe for tourists to walk around. We got good help from the staff to live with this problem - transportation, reservations, even walking with us to nearby places to take care of...

”Cozy and comfortable place. Easily accessible. Three issues to improve on: 1. Despite the fact that I had booked 3 weeks earlier, the housekeeper did not have my confirmation. Although it was eventually sorted, it leaves one to wonder. 2. Wi-Fi was only accessible in the main house and not in the rooms 3. Dstv was not accessible.
