La Quinta Inn & Suites – Eteläinen keski-Colorado, Colorado

”Parking was good. Check in was good. Arriving in our room smelled bad. Also the room was dirty there was trash inn there from prior use, the desk top was dirty, and there was a bathing suit left in the bathroom on a hook. This was by far the worst La Quinta I have stayed at. I notified the front desk about the the room was and was completely ignored. I will not stay at this location again. There was no attempt to change rooms or even send staff up to clean.”

”The staff were good especially the breakfast people. Appreciate the dog area and trash bins.”

”Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and a large store within walking distance. We had a great stay. My only comment would be regarding the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom shower. They are fixed on the wall and refilled. The scents were woodsy and masculine. Personally, I would have preferred individual amenities with a more neutal fragrance.”

”Very poor maintenance over all. The bottom step going to 2nd floor is too high, which is a code violation and a safety hazard. In fact, I tripped and fell into the rail, which was very rough, and shaky...The bathroom door was difficult to close and the bathtub was dirty. I will say this...the beds and pillows were actually comfortable...”

”The first room assigned smelled like piss. We opened the door and closed it and requested another room. The staff were very helpful in getting us a different room. Everything was great after that.”
