”Unfortunately, this property has alot of room for improvement. The carpets were very stained/dirty in my room, all of ice machines on property were non functioning (yet supposedly you cater to summer travelers/tourists?), the TV/cable didnt work (all channels were blurry/pixalated as if set up to a poor network) and although pets are welcomed, there was no grass/designated pet area for them to utilize, just the surrounding gravel/concrete which gets hot…. Not sure why I had to pay a pet fee for...

”Jim Butler use to be a great place to stay. It’s not anymore! The place is run down, and the staff at check in is less than impressive! I called ahead as I would be making a later arrival to verify someone would be there. The lady who answered the phone spoke as if I was wasting her time. Then at check in she was completely unpleasant. I had a less than impressive stop the time before but thought I’d give the place one more chance. Never again will I stay at the Jim Butler.”

”The room was just as described. It was very comfortable, had everything I needed, the a/c worked great and it was very clean. I had trouble connecting to wifi (my computer, not their service) and Sherri was very kind and helpful getting me connected. It was also very quiet and private and perfect for my needs. I highly recommend!!”

”Our cabin in Pioche was perfect. We booked it to explore nearby Cathedral Gorge State Park and the slot canyons. Leslie was the perfect host. Replied to all my questions quickly. The cabin was immaculate and perfectly outfitted. It was obvious that Leslie takes great pride in ensuring that her guests have a relaxing time. The kitchen had everything anyone would need during their stay. Including 3 different ways to make your morning coffee. There is a Keurig machine that is a combination...

”This apartment was PERFECT for our family of 5! It had everything we needed to enjoy a family reunion up in Pioche! Sarah was very easy to contact with any questions and you couldn't have asked for a better location! The beds were so comfy and it was so nice to have a full kitchen to work with. We definitely will be staying here again.”
