”The Moxy is a beautiful, clean, modern hotel, and I was excited to stay here since I visit Allentown often. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk made the experience disappointing.
At check-in, I was told the room I reserved through Expedia was unavailable. The staff member was monotone, made little eye contact, and offered no real explanation or solution until I finally asked, “What’s the next step?” We were given a room with two beds instead. After checking in and going to the festival we came to visit for an hour, we returned to the hotel to check out immediately. The front desk staff didn’t ask why we were checking out. Cons: Main bathroom in the lobby and lobby floors were not cleaned. The breakfast room is very small. Overall the building is under repairs, therefore poor appearance. I would have appreciated a discounted price.”

”Whole property is clean, well lit. Staff were 50/50 though. Whomever I spoke with at check-in was amazing.
Had issue at check out though. Brought most bags to car and left property for a short bit. Returned an hour before checkout to find that housekeeping had partially gone through our room. We are missing a bottle of soap we brought with us. Brought it up with front desk only to be told that may they assumed. Assumptions? Was told she would get manager but I didnt have time to chat....
