”We don’t have a whole lot to complain about, so 4 stars is harsh, but Expedia didn’t give a 4.5 star option. It was a clean and quiet hotel where the rooms and public areas were all in good shape. (We didn’t have time to use their spa and pool.) If we were to stay in this area, I wouldn’t mind picking this hotel again. ”The room was really dirty. Entry was covered in sticky stuff on wall and floor. Desk and table had sticky mess and drink rings. Behind the bed on lights more sticky stuff. Cheese that was old was wrapped in a rubber band on the floor. The drawers on the dresser would not close and stayed open a foot taking people out when they walked by. Shower was coming out of the wall and a dirty towel was stuffed in the hole to keep it in. Furniture and pillows on chairs were dirty with stains. We...

”This property was in an excellent location, very close to the lake, walking distance. The resort provides beach equipment such as coolers, umbrellas, towels, etc. The pool is heated, there are fun activities on site and the setting in the forest is stunning. The Hyatt is within walking distance with restaurants and a casino. The rooms are cozy and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen, large refer and ice maker. The staff are friendly and helpful and the text communications are informational....

”I really liked this hotel! Stayed 2 nights. Right on the beach. Updated, clean, comfortable. The front desk gal was kind and helpful. The room had everything we needed. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake was wonderful as was the pool. Great location to walk to restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others.”

We visited in May, but these units are well suited for winter activities as well, with the jetted tub, fireplace and kitchenette. The heat was off, the outside temperature dropped into the 40's after midnight and the unit was still almost 80° inside.”
