”The house is well designed, sits on a terrific property and well located. The kitchen is also well stocked and overall we had a lovely time.However, the house does fall short on a few items you would expect at that price level. There is no A/C, and you can not change the temperature from the subfloor heating yourself. "The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quality pillows. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. "
