”Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning.”

”Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).”

”The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. The apartment was great and clean. Only thing was the a/c had an odor when we turned it on. However we didn’t need it much because our unit stayed cool.”

”Beautiful location, very clean, very friendly management! I would recommend staying here for sure!”

”A beautiful setting to explore the enchanted village of Archanes. Be prepared for lots of friendly cats, you may wish to bring some treats with you, or pick some up at the local market. Hosts recommendations for dining and exploring were very good.”
