When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. ”I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation.
