”We had a very nice time at Anne Marie's place. She was really welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out was very quick and straightforward. She gave us great information about what to see and do on the area too. The location is very good, in a quiet place, but close to supermarkets and a few lakes with bars and restaurants. The accomodation was very clean and good. Breakfast was lovely and had a good array of foods: the traditional items expected for a continental breakfast - cereal, butter,...

”Nous avons passé une nuit en famille au relais. Super accueil et excellent petit déjeuner où tout est fait maison ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre est bien équipée avec en plus un frigo où nous avons pu y placer nos gourdes pour qu elles soient fraîches pour le lendemain. ”

”I was going to stay there after an art retreat in chateau nearby. I was taught the night before by guests at the retreat that they stayed there and left in the middle of the night because the hotel is haunted and the noises in their room was too loud they couldn’t ignore it and they left telling the owner they couldn’t stay there because there is no ac. The owner gave them a refund after a huge fight. So I thought to myself let me personally go and tell them the truth about what they told me....

”Mon compagnon et moi-même sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans la bulle. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Le menu du soir ainsi que le petit déjeuner (qui est inclu) étaient excellent et bien copieux. Nous avons pu profiter d’une nuit étoilée magique depuis le lit dans la bulle! La bulle est située au milieu d’une petite forêt réservée qu’à nous. Le lieu est très calme, paisible et situé dans une zone historique comportant de nombreux châteaux, qui bordent la route Richard Coeur de Lion. ”

”Lovely little hotel and restaurant in Brantome. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Room was nicely decorated with view from balcony and comfy bed. Ate the restaurant and food was delicious.”

”Lovely hotel with great personal service. After our 2 night hotelstay at Moulin du Roc we stayed at a 5 star hotel in Biarritz, but we would definitely have rated Moulin du Roc 5 star instead as it was even better! The surroundings were alright and there is a small town close to Moulin du Roc but we mostly enjoyed just being at the hotel! Nice poolarea too just as in the pictures. ”
