”Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. Game room was a mess no one around to keep it tidy .cold plunge not working Pro : room was clean and linens were clean...

”Great room! Wonderful customer service! They picked up the phone and answered, unlike the “other guys“ in town. The breakfast was charming and amazing.”

”Amazing views, great breakfast, comfortable room and bed, with lots of space and room for family games or other activities. Really close to beautiful views at Jump off rock. Be sure to arrive to see the sunset at Jump off rock. AC rattled a little in the Royal Room.”

”We had high expectations for this resort and spa. The reality is that it is so massively overpriced for what it is. To start, they don’t tell you, but they don’t work well with Expedia. There is no front desk, so you get a message with room number and code. Except that is not your actual room number. When our code didn’t work, we called the number in the listing and they said since we were Expedia, they just wait for us to call to get a room number. Then they gave us the “upgrade” to the top...

”Clean and convenient”

”Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)”

”There was no hair conditioner in the shower dispenser. Normally I would not have even known but, I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner. There was no lotion with the bar of soap.”

”Our stay was quite cozy. Perfect location with restaurants within walking distance. The lobby was wonderful to hang out in, with a kids corner and a great breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The a/c ran a little humid but cold. I would def stay again.”

”This is a wonderful place. The set-up is unique with self-check in. Everything was clean and very comfortable, plus it's pet friendly. We loved having a little table and chairs outside our door. There is also a covered grilling area. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was very relaxing.”

”We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.”
