”The staff were all extremely polite. The room on the other hand was not cleaned (bathroom floor definitely was not swept nor mopped), just overall not thoroughly cleaned from the last renter. Then comes the main issue, the air conditioning! I used the wall unit as directed and the air would not come on but the heat definitely would. Generally it isn’t an issue but it was high 80s- high 90s! I was told I was going to receive a call to speak about the issues and that was on Saturday, it is now...

”Well I paid for the room then the receptionist said that I couldn’t get the room I called Expedia and they tried to fix the problem and then I was told to call management for Woodspring and the receptionist couldn’t even do that I had to get a room at another hotel they took my money and never refunded me”

”I had just driven 13 hours from Florida and hoping for a restful night of sleep as I still need to drive 6 hours more northward. I checked in at around 9pm, staff at the reception was courteous. For some reason, he gave me a room at the end of the corridor at the 2nd floor. I didn't complain as it might have been busy and may be the best room available. The room was clean but the color of the marble that they used in the bathroom has a terrible pattern that resembled dirt or molds. It was clean...

”The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was decent. The room had a layer of dust and the mini fridge didn’t work and was stuffed with towels. The floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet and there’s a rug on the floor. I didn’t ask for a room change because we had traveled all day and didn’t arrive until 10pm. The room was booked 2 months in advance so they knew we were coming so I’m not sure why they put us in a room they knew had broken equipment.”

”This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. This hotel didn’t serve complimentary breakfast, however they had purchasable items. It didn’t have a pool but it didn’t need one! It had a basketball court, gated pet friendly play area with activities, 2 fire pits with lounging area and a whole...

”It was a little shady however the inside was clean, the bed n pillows were comfortable and the room was the coldest room I’ve ever slept in! I would go back to Virginia just to stay in that cold room!”

”Staff was rude and degrading to our employees. We will never stay here again. Towels cost $1.50 to get a clean one daily. I don’t mind reusing my own towel but hotel expense pays for that.”
