”Nice, inexpensive place to stay.”

”Although the front desk told me the hotel was basically empty the night we arrived, we were nevertheless put in a smaller room on the second floor with a rooftop just outside our windows - facing the garage. I was not told there would not be housekeeping the next day and did not have any clean towels.”

”The staff were pleasant. Parking in front of the building is plus. There was no noise issue. The room smelled wet requiring to have the A/C on—thanks for the A/C. The furniture was outdated, the carpet appeared to not have been cleaned in a few years, the bathroom appeared to have had previous mold build up. I appreciated that the bathroom was big enough for ADA customers, including the safety latch and peephole. For the price this is what you get. (Not here to complain.) If your sleeping...

”Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us.”

”It was adequate for our needs for a one night stay. I was impressed there was a refrigerator & microwave in room. Breakfast was not included. Easy to find. Near the interstate, but quiet. Restaurants near by.”

”Room was good - not the most pristine I’ve seen but not bad. No ice bucket in our room, which was a small annoyance. The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed. ”This all-inclusive hotel fell well short of expectations. The room, including the bed, was noticeably dusty, which triggered ongoing sinus inflammation throughout my stay and made it hard to relax. Basic amenities were lacking too—the towels provided had visible holes, the sink in the room was leaking as well and no drinking water was left in our room, which felt unacceptable for an all-inclusive package. ”We rented the suite which was nice and big! I look for a couple things when booking a hotel, area obviously, comfy beds and a good shower. The beds were nice and soft, and the shower head was amazing!! Sometimes they almost spray your skin off or it barely rinses you off. This one was stellar. The hotel is next to a closed bahama breeze so it’s not overly pretty but the shopping plaza (Pinecrest) is lovely and walking distance. The kitchen social is a great place to eat. The breakfast was yummy!...

”Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna”
