”Decor is top notch and the stay was overall comfortable. As a 100 year old structure there are functional and cosmetic issues that are 1-star deductible-worthy. Perhaps this brief list will encourage to owners to address: One of the bedroom doors does not close all the way. There is no drying rack or dishwasher. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet is not fully secured down. The bathtub spigot is not fully secured. Gaps in the laminate flooring with edges that feel funny walking over.”

”This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”

”We had an excellent stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. We had everything we needed and the host was kind enough to stock the fridge with water. Water pressure was great and with 4 of us we had plenty of hot water for bathing. We also had everything we needed for the little bit of cooking we did, and we had plenty of dishes and drinkwear. However, this location is walkable to lots of great restaurants in Little Italy, so if you like Italian food, maybe plan to walk there and...
