  • Cozy 2 bedroom guesthouse perfect for a getaway or a quick stay. This home has a full bath, kitchen and washer and dryer! House includes all amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enough to sleep up to 6 people! Great park and dog park located right across the street. 1 min drive to grocery and shopping. 20 min to the University of Oregon. 8 min drive to airport.
    Please note that there is an additional home on the property that can be rented out to accomidate for larger groups.

Dog friendly guest house

Surprisingly spacious guest house with fenced in yard. Easy access, all the needed amenities. 10/10 would book again.

Nice place! Location was great! We came in for a weddingover the weekend. So, it was perfect for us close to a few stores. With just one bathroom it maybe would have been nice to have another mirror for the girls, but we really liked the price and the property.

Bathroom tiny and some repairs needed throughout, but nice place and close to groceries. Nice bedding and beds.

Nice location, right across the street from a dog park and just off the belt-line. Host was very fast getting back to us. (15 minutes).

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Guest house is cozy and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Great location - close to everything. Dedicated parking for guest house was a bonus! Getting out onto the busy street was sometimes problematic. Patience is key in that regard! I really enjoyed my stay here. Host was very accommodating and fixed one minor issue quickly! The only reason I gave the "description" 4 stars instead of 5 was because the guest house is behind the garage and is very shaded by neighboring trees & bushes. The pictures look very bright, but it is a not as bright as the pictures show. But otherwise - a great place to stay - and I would stay here again!

Great little place

This home met all of our needs! We had a dog and there is a fully fenced small backyard which was great for late night. Very cute place. Comfortable beds. The shower is a bit small but had a full-size washer and dryer!! Very bright and new feeling! Would definitely stay again! And a huge dog park right across the street! Close to shopping and stores!

This was a nice little apartment added to a garage. The main house next door had no tenants during our stay, so it was very quiet.It is located on a fairly busy street. But traffic is very light at night. And there is a small shopping center just around the corner.The beds were comfortable with good, clean linens. Having the two queen beds in the main bedroom was very nice.We cooked breakfast with great results. There is a Keurig coffee pod maker and the stove worked fine. Plenty of dishes and utensils.The bathroom is very small. But the walk-in shower was nice with good hot water.There is a washer and dryer, but we did not use them.We stayed here to be close to the airport. It was pretty close and was an easy drive later in the evening.

In general the location was good but we have a couple of issues we believe should be address.1. It is very hard to spot the driveway, especially at night. It would be nice to have some landmark, or maybe some solar lights to mark it.2. The walkway up to the door is very rough. I almost stumbled. It needs to be smoothed out.3. The lighting of the walkway is poor. When we first got there, there was no light at all. The next day I found a cord for the timer but that was hard to use. And the cafe lights weren't very bright and did not help the walkway at all.

Clean, quiet and safe.

This is a cute updated apartment. Well Stocked kitchen including a Toaster and Kerig coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee and use the refillable kerig container. No cooking ingredients supplied. Beds in large bedroom comfortable. Bed in single room very firm. We had to turn up the heat and leave the bedroom doors open as the main heater is in the living room. They do have a space heater to use. Washer and dryer are newer and worked great. This Apartment is on a busy street, but we did not hear the traffic.
