So the toilet did not work the TV did not work. The thermostat did not work. It was either way too hot or way too cold. We got woken up several times in the middle of the night and at 5 AM in the morning we were charged an $80 deposit and we weren’t giving it back they treated us very rudely. I will never stay here again. This was absolutely ridiculous. They told us we would get our deposit back in the morning and when we checked out in the morning, they refuse then they said that my dog peed on the bathroom floor. Well, let me tell you my dog won’t go into room rooms with tile floors and not only that he’s housebroken and I had pee pads with me just in case and I put a diaper on him in the motel room and we never left him in alone to stay at the Fairfield Marriott was the worst place ever and the black lady that was there was very prejudice towards us very prejudice and the little boys that checked us out were child white and then they took my phone out of my purse when I went outside to get my husband I had to have my daughter and her best friend go get my phone out of the motel the next day when I was in Washington state and the motel is in Oregon Eugene and this is an absolutely the worst day we were. They refused to give me my money back. I have pictures of the room was spotless immaculate. There was nothing wrong with that room did not give us our deposit back. They were dirty, nasty rooms and it was. They said they knew about it having all those issues & no deposit
