My only compliments are the booking/finance manager. She works with Expedia well and she’s very nice. Maintenance is also done very well. Cleaning crew is above average. They’re not immune to mistakes but they try hard if you’re nice.
But.
Other guest service staff refused to schedule me for housekeeping next day when I made the schedule request late at night. But told me they were doing it. Threw out notes I left for morning manager asking for housekeeping and stuff even though I gave her a tip. They refused to check on people making noise in the parking lot, partying until 2:30am.
Then later I got yelled at by an unfamiliar management person when trying to explain my situation from that morning. Instead of normal communication it seems like we’ve resigned to “we won’t interact.” If I stay here anymore I’ll know I have to bring my own bedding. And ear plugs. It’s not as safe as it used to be. Just because guest service staff are not as responsible about the property.
