The space

* Luxurious property offering comfort, convenience, and entertainment

* Bedroom 1: Spa-like amenities including soaking tub, heated floors, rainfall shower, and teak bench

* Bedroom 2: Modern touches such as electric fireplace and walk-in shower, rainfall shower, heated floors

* Bedroom 3: Flexible arrangements with king-sized bed or two twin XL beds, plus two additional twin trundle beds

* Third FULL bathroom with rainfall shower and heated floors

* Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and appliances including air fryer/toaster oven, blender, crock pot, and coffee maker

* Additional amenities: Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer

* Echo Dots with Alexa for convenience in setting alarms, playing music, and accessing local information

* Entertainment options: Ping pong and foosball tables, bingo


Guest access:

Upper unit duplex with a private entrance and smart lock. Prior to your arrival, we`ll provide you with a special link for keyless entry. Our driveway can accommodate up to two cars on the LEFT side, but please be aware that it has a slight incline due to the property`s hillside location. For your safety, we kindly ask that you exercise caution while using the driveway. We`re excited to have you as our guest!
• NO SMOKING indoors ($500 fine) Note: Smoking is permitted outside the property; however, any lingering smoke that permeates into the interior of the property will result in a fine.

• no shoes, dirty feet or jumping on furniture

• shoes only worn outside (disposable indoor slippers provided)

• Quiet hours 10:00 pm-7:00 am especially outdoors

BEFORE CHECK-OUT AT 11:00am:

• Leave house the way you found it (no need to make/strip beds)

• Used towels in bathtub/shower

• Dishes in dishwasher or sink

• Kindly take trash/recycling out to bins

• Reservations exceeding 14 guests will be charged $50 per person, per night

• Your furry companions are more than welcome here! We happily accommodate up to two dogs during your stay, with a fee of $150 per dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (up to two dogs) per stay applies to any dog on the premises, whether staying overnight or visiting.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.

• We kindly request that dogs not be left unattended during your stay, unless they are crate-trained. For your convenience, we also offer a spacious crate to ensure your pet`s comfort and safety.

• Cancellations allowed up to 30 days before arrival but a 5% credit card and processing fee will be charged
