”this stay is very small but in a very good location in Jagalchi area. a bit hard to find the entrance as there were no signage and clear instruction from agent. it is very convenient access to nearby or by train. We refer to the photo in the booking page which having seaview, but after checked in, we were told that the photo posted is general, not applicable to the type of room we book. We browse for so many stay to find a stay with seaview, end up so disappointed. wasted my 2 hours to liaise...

Parhaat hotelliarvostelut kohteessa Eulsukon saari

L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE HOTELS

10/10 Loistava

"Siisti, moderni hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla rannan tuntumassa."

Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Haeundae

10/10 Loistava

"I stayed for 2 nights. I stayed in my room quite a bit because of personal health reasons. I liked the room overall a lot. The shower is really spacious. If there's something to improve, I would say there was some dust in detailed places like the glass case which holds a pamphlet. The location by the beach is amazing. There is also a convenience store right across the street. The room was quiet. There were never any loud sounds. You can rent or borrow a lot of items to your room for example a thermo meter. There is a restaurant and room service. I didn't try the breakfast but I did try the room service. I ordered a platter of food and it was very delicious and filling. The staff was very helpful. All the info were translated to English which made it easy to read. The hotel even has some kind of promotional event in Instagram but I didn't find out more about it. But its good to see they are improving on things."

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Station

8/10 Hyvä

"Room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain on that. The area is convenient, as the train station was located right next to the hotel. There are two semi-negative things however, that I would like to point out. (1) Breakfast was not very good. Bacon didn't taste good, scrambled eggs were watery, sausages not good. On the other hand salads were pretty good, but if you really want to eat enough to get through a day full of customer meetings, then might not want to choose this hotel. (2) The logic of hotel's elevators was somewhat confusing. There were four elevators, two on each sides of the elevator lobby. When you pushed a button to call for an elevator, that only called for the two elevators on that side of the lobby. So naturally, you pushed on two buttons to get one of the elevators to come for you. That, however, resulted in two elevators coming. That means that on many cases there was always one extra elevator moving to an empty floow, because people had already got on the other elevator that came sooner."
