Puumajat – Eureka Springs

”Staff at check in and check out were polite and professional. Property is older but well maintained. Only issue was smell of marijuana around the property.”

”My review goes half-half. First 1/2: The hotel is in a good location; the room was fine, the beds were fine, and the bathroom was also clean and nice. ”Great place with great people that care! The outdoor facilities make this former motel a special place with newly remodeled rooms and a great outdoor area to relax and enjoy nature. We saw deer and other wildlife in the trails area, nice to be close to nature but convenient to everything else in Eureka Springs.”

”not enough towels and washcloths were provided. we had to ask for washcloths. no maid service while we were there. they did not pick up the dirty towels and put in clean ones. or empty the trash.”

”Parking good - right in front of our room. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV worked well too. Would’ve liked a couple more coffee Keurig cups, and more half-and-half. Overall it was a nice experience.”

”Great place to stay!!!”

”Good location on the highway that was close access to the historic downtown area. The back deck area and tables were great to sit out, watch the deer in the woods or chat with some of the other guests.”
