”Having stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. ”

”Our room was wonderful. Our friends stated theirs seemed clean except for the carpet. Very worn and didnt feel like it was clean. A few more items offered for breakfast would have been nice.”

”This place is truly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It is backed up into the woods, yet just down the street from all the shopping and restaurants. We saw a family of deer walk by the windows while sitting in there eating our dinner. It is so relaxing and quiet. I can’t wait to go back!”

”This facility is beyond fantastic. The ambience of the cabin, the cleanliness, the staff and their outstanding communication make this a must to stay at. We were both more than satisfied with the stay and we will stay there again the next time we are there.”
