”Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. ”

”Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again.”

”Sundown Cottage is a very cozy place for a respite. The downtown was close enough that an agile person could easily walk it. The eclectic decor is very tasteful. The beds quite comfortable. The place is perfect for a girlsweek or a couple with kids. The parking space is tight and the house is close to a very busy street but we didn’t have any trouble with it. ”

”Was great! Easy walk into town so no messing with parking. Had a small issue with coffee maker, however after a quick response from Aspen within an hour she had a new one delivered! Wonderful! Would stay again! ”
