”Darling quaint small property for 2. Nice and clean with great location!! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a big plus! The a/c is only in the bedroom, which at 95-100 degrees in Arkansas is a bit lacking for those who prefer a cooler space. Any other time of year it would be grand! A little ventilation in the bath would be a big help. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in cooler months! The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Affordable as well as...

”Nice place. Nothing fancy and the reasonable price reflects that. The wall air conditioner kept the rooms very cold in a 100 degree heat wave. Clean floors. Okay bed and nice bedding. Very good place to stay on a budget”

”We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. ”

”This is a beautiful property! High on a hilly corner, it's so peaceful and relaxing inside. And darn cute on the outside! Close to downtown and a couple places to eat. Really had a lovely time there!”

”Wasn't horrible but could have been cleaner. Had a bad mildew smell especially near the front door. Needs markings in front of parking spot. Its right on a curve and barely room to pull in off the road and steep hill if you pull in too far.”
