”The curtains are light and do not close all the way the heavy ones only stationary and do not close, just decorations. They are too light and being on the first floor you can feel uncomfortable when you have the lights on and its dark outside. ”

”Hotel staff was great. Primary issue was safety. This man followed me to my floor/and then outside my room. And there are no cameras in the elevators nor hallways. I did not feel safe. ”

”The website states you have an indoor pool yet when we arrive, we find it is shut down for service. Very disappointing!!! Also, the thermostat would not allow the heat to rise above 67 degrees. I was so cold, I had to pull the covers (including the extra blanket) over my head to stay warm!!!”

”Very nice experience! Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds, nice swimming pool and whirlpoo open all day longl, all-purpose breakfast, friendly staff. Only drawback is the lack of a decent pedestrian sidewalks to the nearby Dedham train station and Legacy Place shopping mall.”

”The property was easy to find, but that was about it. Both nights from 10PM to 3AM we got the pleasure of listening to the loud night club located directly behind us. Yet when our baby jumped off a chair we got a noise complaint HILARIOUS!! Then the people above us decided to stomp party all night even after we reported the noise. Staff didn't really care to be there they took selfies by the elevator instead of working. Only had to be there for a soccer tournament so we survived. The lady from...

”The check in staff was not friendly. I received an email to check in online. I did so. When I arrived at the hotel I was told only one of the 2 rooms that I booked can be checked in online . I had to check in for the 2nd at the desk. The waiting time was long, only 1 person multitasking. I wasted my time checking in online. Also unable to get WiFi.”

”The employee at the front desk showed no enthusiasm what-so-ever when we arrived for check in. I don’t expect much, but when the receptionist looks annoyed when customers arrive, it does not paint a good picture of the hotel. Other than that, a decent hotel for a few nights.”

”Older property, Not well maintained. Broken doors in hallway visible to guests. Thermostat on our room didn’t work. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to others. ”
