”Staff were so helpful and kind, we were quick to check in and have a parking permit. Parking was reasonably priced for city parking and really easy in a big open lot across the street. Hotel was quiet and rooms were comfortable. Great access and walking distance to the JFK Library and the Red T line. Also a coupe mile drive to more quick chain food options.”

”After a little uncomfortable Check-in , everything turned out great afterwards. Location, Entire staff, housekeeping, breakfast and definitely this hotel being secure with only one way in & out, plus you have to have a key card to go up the elevator. Great hotel inside out. Only FLAW IS THE TV NEEDS MORE CHANNELS OR UPDATED. GREAT HOTEL OVERALL.”

”Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The location was good. Discounts at nearby restaurants were available. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The pool was on the smaller size but honestly it was big enough to enjoy. The free breakfast was one the best ones I’ve ever had at hotels. The only thing was that the bathroom door was big and clunky. It was hard to slide close and open. But no complaints.”

”Toimiva huone, joskin tyyliltään jo aikansa nähnyt. Lähialueella palvelut ovat todella vähissä ja hotellin oma ravintola ei aivan riitä paikkaamaan tarvetta.”

”No 24 hour coffee, had to ask for coffee, even at 530 am. The pool was so cold, my grandchildren didn't even want to use it. The floor in the exercise room had piles of dirt behind the treadmills. Breakfast was barely warm. There was an unexpected $10 per night parking charge. I would not stay here again.”
