”The home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and centrally located. When we arrived, the pool accessory basket was in the pool but I’m assuming that was due to wind. We pulled it out and reorganized all of the pool toys. Additionally, there was a mixup during one afternoon when a family showed up to swim in the pool even though we had the whole home booked for the entire weekend. Apparently the homeowner also rents the pool out for the day. We informed the other family that we...

”The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a...

”This is a place to stay if you want quiet and peace of mind. The neighbors are exceptionally quiet and very cordial. The house is a beautiful place with cleanliness through and through. The pool is very nice in the dead of summer. The water was cool when we went in to swim and relax. The hostess was wonderful making sure everything and everyone was comfortable. I highly recommend this relaxing environment to get away from the stress.”

”Property was not safe. The deck was not safe, a lot of the boards were rotted and my foot went through. The shower was not safe due to the unlevel floors, making it slippery. All inside the place the floors were not even, waving up and down. Definite foundation work is needed. The building is not up to code. Ceilings are not high enough. Electrical is not up to current code. Hard to imagine the place has a certificate of habitation. This feels like a large shed, transformed into a place to stay...

”e absolutely loved our two-night stay over the Fourth of July weekend! Watching the fireworks from the front porch was such a special experience, and we also had a wonderful time exploring Mount Dora. The house is beautiful—a charming older home full of character and warmth. It was cozy, welcoming, and made our trip even more memorable. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
