”Well, we’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times and have always been pleased even though it’s quite expensive but you’re at the airport so it’s convenient, but this time we checked in and the room was good but the housekeeping did not do a good enough job because they left somebody else’s soap scum in there and their old bar soap and the floor was all soapy and there was hair all over. It was disgusting. I told the front desk and she acted like it was no big deal.”

”There was an aggravating problem at the window where there was a constant drip hitting the windowsill all night, I'm not sure where it was coming from the roof or the above air conditioner. ”We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It was close to everything we wanted to do, but far enough from Broadway that we could relax without dealing with the noise at night. The pool was amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay. There were plenty of restaurants just a quick drive away, so finding a great place to eat was always easy.
Another unexpected bonus was how convenient the drive to the airport was. It made our departure...
