We were there during a busy time and they took security of hotels guests seriously and kept traffic within the hotel very monitored. The customer service was above and beyond. I would stay here again and wish this hotel was in every city I visited!”

”Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! ”

”The Tempo has reasonable rates and is a great place to stay in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood. It is also within walking distance to Downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is a parking garage right behind the hotel, though it costs about $30/night. It is secure and convenient, so I think it is worth it, though a better rate would be appreciated. In a hotel you will always have noise from the heat pumps and ventilation, and if you are on...

”Me and my husband stayed for the weekend. Room service is a joke. We called for more towels and and pillows all weekend did not get any help til we were about to check out. Other than that it was a great place to book. Pretty and clean just need more help there thats all ”

”Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.”
