There was no phone to contact front desk, and was only provided one tissue roll unless you ask for more. No water refill stations, you’ll have to keep asking front desk. ”Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. ”It's a scam. We went there 4 hours drive and found out no room. We tried to contact the owner and he gave the wrong number. We messaged thru expedia but no response. Expedia agents cant contact them also. It was a very terrible experience”

”This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. ”
