The room looked nothing like the picture. The bed was meh. And next to the bed was a conference chair. The room didn’t have any plates, utensils, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, Kleenex, or anything to cook with etc.,
The bathroom also didn’t have a blow dryer. It felt like a juvenile detention center on the inside. The TV remote was missing and I had to go ask for one. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. I was there for 3 nights but only received 2 towels and 2 washcloths. My room wasn’t cleaned while I was there.
The parking lot is disorganized so if I couldn’t park right in the front of the building, I didn’t feel safe at night walking through it. The window to my room was slightly open and unlocked when I checked-in. I was on the ground floor, and if I hadn’t noticed it, my safety could have been seriously compromised.
