”We really enjoyed this property for our girls trip to the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival! Property was relatively clean, tidy and welcoming. The rooms were great! We spent more time at the house than the festival! We enjoyed a lovely fire, ate breakfast and dinner there, and made some great memories! Beds were extremely comfortable, linens fresh and clean. We loved the heaters that could be turned on in the bathrooms during a shower! Felt so nice in the crisp October mornings / evenings.Only...

”Property is very clean. Easy to check in/out. Welcoming to pets. Safe neighborhood with lots of sidewalks. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedding is a little basic - but adequate. Host is very responsive to questions. Free beverages from the cafe downstairs!”

”The place was clean, It would help to keep the ceiling fans dusted, get rid of the mildewed smell, spray for the spider webs, this helps for guests with sinus and allergy issues. It would be nice to have televisions in the bedrooms for couples and guests to unwind while laying down.”

”We didn't get to see any animals during our 9 day stay. A limb went through the roof and it rained and was damp and had a mildew smell so we were put in a nice cabin for the first night while they fixed it. The next day we moved into the cabin. It smelled nice. After 3 days the mildew smell came back. The cleaning crew failed to clean behind the sofa and nightstands but the rest was visually appealing. I think maybe due to the limb coming through the roof during a storm, it might be a good idea...
