”Hotel was very nice, staff were great. Pool and "arcade" were a little disappointing. Pool facility is great, but they only open up the waterslides at 5pm when they also sell waterpark passes to the public. Wasn't much for the kids to do without the waterslides or waves so we didn't use the pool as much as we would have. ”

”The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options.”

”Clean room. Fairly outdated but that’s not a huge issue. Hard beds. The pool area is great but the amount of chlorine made it hard for children to swim without coughing and gagging. Nice staff. A bit strict with rules but that was fine with us as it made it quiet in the halls.”

”The front desk person (s) were both very nice people and very helpful. My one and only issue is that the bedside clock doesn’t keep proper time. It was correct when I turned the light off but was 2 hours fast when I woke up! ”

”The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was actually pretty good! I was shockingly surprised how good this was for a 2 star hotel. Would definitely recommend again!”
